Before booking please note the following : |
- Those who wants
to join in our tour have to send advance Rs.2000/- for registration.
After the tour
is formed you will be intimated about the tour commencement date and changes in
fares - days - tour itinerary, if any. After this you have to send 25% of the tour
fare. The remaining amount is payable before the tour commences. All payments must
be made as cash or D.D in favour of Sooriya Travels, Chennai - 600 017
- Except Andaman
Tour, the passenger must be in possession of passports with a minimum of 6 months validity. Those who are not in possession of passport, we will take care and assist
them in getting passports
- The passenger
must come over to Chennai one day early to collect the documents and travelers cheques
for their travel
- We make sincere
arrangements to offer you good south indian meals. (Veg / Non Veg)
- The registration
amount Rs.2000/- will be refunded after the end of the tour after deducting any incidental expenditure made on your behalf
- We will take
care to get mediclaim policy if the passenger wants and to pay for it
- The passenger
joining in our tour must return with us. If they want
to stay few days, we can do
arrangements in their tickets and hand over to them. But they must return with in
the visa period
- We are not doing
any kind of trade or commercial activities overseas. So those who wants to enjoy
as a tourist can only eligible to join in our tour
- We have every
right to detain any passenger, if we found that the passenger is not fit to undertake
travel as a tourist
- The passenger
going to Singapore tour must produce Income proof or any other proof of paying taxes
to government. 3 years IT documents, 3 Months Bank statement and 6 nos mat finish
passport size latest photo as per singapore visa office instructions.
